Rick Roberts
Rick brings years of experience and expertise in home auditing to Green Ecovations.
- Has been involved in the eco industry since 1996.
- Pioneer of home auditing & retrofitting - founder of Energy and Water Solutions Pty Ltd (EWS)
- EWS has audited and retrofitted more than 50,000 homes & businesses with an estimated savings of more than one million tonnes of greenhouse gases, tens of millions of litres of water and more than five million dollars in energy and water costs.
- In 2001 Rick opened The Natural Paint Place, providing natural plant based non toxic paints, varnishes and other decorating products.
- In 2005 Rick started the online ecoshop for environmentally responsible products.
Brad Robinson
- Has spent 18 years in the U.S working as an eco painter/builder in the New York area, Texas and Colorado.
- Three of those years were in Austin Texas building straw bale and Faswall homes under the renowned architect, George Swanson.
- These non-toxic homes had earth floors of sandy loam, passive and active solar power, rain water collection, and were designed with Vedic and Feng Shui principles.
- In Australia in 1999, Brad has continued his quest for knowledge and practical use of earth friendly building methods and materials, while working as a full time, self employed carpenter and painter.
